About Liesbet and Katleen
Twin sisters Katleen & Liesbet have been obsessed with daily movement their entire lives. They grew up as gymnasts and ballerinas, and incorporated Yoga & Pilates as they grew older.
Both sisters have 4 kids each and work full time. Trying to keep all the balls in the air, they curated a balanced lifestyle with daily movement as their ritual of well-being. They believe movement makes you feel your best both physically and mentally.
With The Balance Club, they want to empower, motivate and inspire other women to reach their fullest and most confident potential. And looking fab and amazing while at it!
