Together we strive to build your confidence and balance trough mindful movement. Our workouts take up a maximum of 30 minutes, so they are super easy to squeeze in your day. Move with us in the comfort of your own home or take your routine with you on your holiday!
Once you have created your account here you will be redirected to the platform where you have access to the video library of TBC. Here you can choose if you go for the weekly curated plan -where you just follow our daily suggested workouts- or you can select any class from our library that suits your mood. You would only need a yoga mat no other equipment is necessary. You can intensify certain workouts with mini weights, but they are completely optional. You will get a fiery workout, just by using your own bodyweight, we promise!
We always recommend to contact your doctor to get his or her clearance for you to do these exercises when you are pregnant or when you just had a baby.
TBC offers classes suitable for all stages in your fitness journey. We would recommend starting with our stretchy flows.
We would be very sad to see you go but if you are certain you want to cancel your membership, then go to your profile and there you can cancel your subscription.
